All vendors and exhibitors must submit a Minnesota Revenue Form ST19 to the LqP County Fair Board each year for records compliance. Please complete and submit the form below to the LqP County Fair Board Office. Additional paperwork may be required. No space will be reserved until all paperwork is completed.
